Your role as a Software Sales Manager involves closing lucrative deals within India's manufacturing landscape. This position is tailored for individuals with a robust enterprise network, a proven track record in B2B SaaS sales, and profound expertise in Manufacturing, Vision AI, ERP, or Supply Chain domains. Your responsibilities will include surpassing sales quotas in your designated region, utilizing your network at CXO-level to secure new business opportunities, devising and implementing strategies for enterprise markets, showcasing our SaaS and AI solutions to tackle client challenges, leading intricate negotiations, ensuring CRM discipline and pipeline management, and staying abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape. You bring to the table over 12 years of experience in sales across Manufacturing, ERP, Vision AI, SaaS, or Consulting domains. Your strong network within the enterprise sector, particularly at CXO/CXO-1 levels, along with a proven track record of closing high-value B2B deals, will be instrumental in your success. Your adeptness in comprehending client pain points and tailoring solutions accordingly, coupled with robust negotiation, relationship-building, and closing skills, will be key to excelling in this role. A team-oriented approach, professional demeanor, and comfort in a dynamic startup environment are essential qualities. Preferred qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, or related fields, with a Master's degree from a reputable institution being a bonus.
