To do this, we’re looking for a Sales Leader who’s more like a co-builder than an employee.

🚀 Your Mission:

• Build & lead City Heads and their Field Sales teams (10+ each).

• Drive the team to visit 15+ retailers a day per FSE and close 5 deals/day/FSE.

• Take full charge of P&L, city launches, and aggressive adoption targets.

• Build a sales machine that can scale across India and the world.

👤 Who You Are:

• A hustler at heart with 7–12 yrs in SaaS/B2B sales and a track record of building large field sales teams.

• You love the energy of on-ground sales and know how to scale city operations fast.

• Data-driven, relentless about results, and excited to impact millions of retailers.
