The Role

QA team

What You'll Do

• Own and execute

  functional testing

  across mobile (iOS, Android) and backend services.
• Validate UI/UX with a sharp eye for

  design precision and pixel perfection

  .
• Collaborate closely with product/design to ensure final delivery matches expectations.
• Set up and manage the

  release process

  across staging and production.
• Create, manage, and triage

  bug reports

  , user issues, and regressions.
• Monitor

  app vitals

  – crashes, ANRs, performance – and proactively flag issues.
• Build and maintain

  test cases, checklists

  , and regression plans.
• Keep a pulse on

  user complaints and feedback

  to surface hidden quality issues.
• Explore and set up

  automation pipelines

  (a plus, not mandatory).
• Build, mentor and grow a small QA team

What We’re Looking For

• 3–8+ years in QA, ideally at scaled B2C platforms (social, gaming, marketplaces, dating, or media).
• Strong hands-on experience with

  manual testing

  across iOS, Android, APIs.
• Good understanding of tools like

  Postman

  ,

  ADB

  ,

  Xcode

  ,

  Charles Proxy

  , etc. for deeper validation.
• Experience in

  bug reporting & tracking

  systems (e.g., JIRA, Clickup, Linear).
• Sharp eye for

  UX/UI details

  and a love for clean, polished products.
• Experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Appium, Detox, etc.) is a plus.
• Startup experience or working in 0→1 products is a huge plus.
