.As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance back-end systems that support modern digital platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, product managers, and DevOps, to deliver solutions that enhance performance, reliability, and user experience. Accountabilities
- Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable back-end systems and APIs
- Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to deliver robust solutions
- Ensure system performance, uptime, and reliability through monitoring and optimization
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to maintain high-quality code standards
- Contribute to continuous integration and deployment pipelines for faster delivery cycles
- Assist in improving development processes, documentation, and best practices
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry trends to enhance system capabilities
Requirements
- 4-8 years of professional experience in back-end development
- Strong expertise in Node.js and TypeScript, with hands-on experience in building APIs and server-side applications
- Experience working with Docker and Linux-based environments
- Familiarity with bundlers such as Webpack or Rollup and basic understanding of Kubernetes
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in collaborative, agile teams
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle, CI/CD pipelines, and testing practices
- Preferred: experience with Java development, Terraform, Cloudflare, and front-end frameworks like Angular or React
