As a Software Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including frontend developers, product managers, and DevOps engineers, to deliver robust technological solutions that enhance digital platforms and elevate the user experience. Accountabilities
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend systems and APIs
- Collaborating with frontend developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to deliver seamless solutions
- Ensuring application performance, reliability, and scalability
- Participating in code reviews, testing, and debugging to maintain high-quality standards
- Contributing to CI/CD pipelines and continuously improving development processes
- Troubleshooting production issues and implementing effective solutions
- Supporting knowledge sharing and mentoring within the engineering team
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- 4-8 years of professional experience as a backend developer
- Strong proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript
- Experience with Docker and Linux-based environments
- Familiarity with bundlers such as Webpack or Rollup
- Basic understanding of Kubernetes and containerized deployment
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and collaboration skills
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and production-ready code
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Java development
- Familiarity with Terraform and Cloudflare
- Knowledge of frontend frameworks like Angular or React
- Hands-on experience creating and managing CI/CD pipelines
