About the team -
The team is composed of dedicated engineers who specialize in developing solutions across a wide range of ServiceNow products, including Incident, Problem, Change, APM, Service Catalog, and CMDB. The team focus not only on maintaining and enhancing these systems but also on driving innovation to address evolving business challenges and meet stakeholder expectations. By collaborating closely with product teams, able to share valuable insights that help identify and implement new features and capabilities, ensuring our solutions stay ahead of the curve and deliver real value to the business
What You’ll Do
- Design, development, and implementation of advanced solutions within the ServiceNow platform
- Customize existing modules including but not limited to Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Knowledge, CMDB, Asset, etc. 
- Develop integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, MID Server, etc. 
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) on ServiceNow capabilities and provide meaningful insights to help develop a comprehensive roadmap. 
- Provide technical support in platform upgrades, patching, performance tuning, and security. 
- Participate in governance of ServiceNow development and configuration standards. 
- Work in an Agile/Scrum team to deliver value in sprints, participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews. 
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and QA teams to ensure business requirements are accurately translated into solutions. 
 
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration
- Strong experience with ServiceNow coding, platform and portal development
- ServiceNow certification on System Administrator, Implementation Specialist and Application Developer
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking. 
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. 
- Ability to work independently and lead development initiatives
