Roles and Responsibilities:

Own all Risk & Controls issues related to XSSL.
Manage the XSSL Development Team, including multiple POD teams, delivering business functionalities using a DevOps approach.
Act as an application analyst/developer to provide effective application solutions.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and recommend IT solutions.
Design, develop, and implement IT solutions according to established standards and best practices.
Facilitate communication among stakeholders and maintain strong business relationships.
Oversee project delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, costs, and quality standards.
Conduct and support testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Produce comprehensive documentation for maintainability and smooth implementation.
Maintain production stability and provide support for production incidents.
