We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer with a strong background in web development and SaaS platform architecture. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience integrating various SaaS applications with CRM systems to streamline workflows, improve automation, and deliver scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain web-based applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
Build, configure, and manage SaaS-based solutions for various business needs.
Develop and maintain API integrations between SaaS platforms, CRMs, and other enterprise systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
Optimize existing applications for performance, scalability, and security.
Troubleshoot and debug complex integration issues.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Stay up to date with emerging technologies, tools, and best practices in web development and SaaS integration.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
Strong experience with backend development using Node.js, PHP, Python, or similar.
Knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and Webhooks.
Experience working with SaaS platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Zendesk).
Solid understanding of database technologies (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Experience with version control (Git).
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with no-code/low-code automation tools like Zapier, Make.com, or Workato.
Understanding of OAuth 2.0 and authentication/authorization protocols.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Experience with data mapping and migration between platforms.
