To qualify for this role, you should have a BE/BTech/ME/MTech in CS, IT, Mech, Civil, or a related field, along with PMP/PRINCE2, or equivalent certification. You should possess at least 8+ years of total experience with a minimum of 5 years managing software development projects. Proficiency in SDLC and Agile methodologies, strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills are essential. It would be advantageous to have Agile-specific certifications and hands-on experience in programming or understanding technical architecture.
