Job Title: Development Manager

Work Location: Richmond Town, Bengaluru

Work Model:

• Work from Office (WFO): 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
• Work from Home (WFH): 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM
• Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 days/week)

Note: This is not a hybrid or fully remote role.

• Focus: OutSystems / Fullstack with ERP experience in Finance

• Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and lead a team of developers in Bangalore• Design, develop, and integrate enterprise applications (NetSuite, Salesforce, Vista, ADMS)• Ensure coding standards, testing, and documentation practices are followed• Manage project timelines, priorities, and delivery quality• Collaborate with US stakeholders and India Operations leadership to align business and technology priorities

• Candidate Profile Required Skills/Experience:

  • 10–15 years in software development, with 5+ years in a managerial/lead role• Hands-on expertise in OutSystems, C#, .NET, SQL Server, Power Platform• Strong integration experience with ERP/CRM systems• Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams

Required Qualifications

Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field from Tier-1 institutes only (IIM, IIT, IIIT, NIT or equivalent top business schools).
