Keka Engineering Team follows modern engineering practices and works with latest stack. We believe in DevOps practices, there is no fixed release cycle; our CI/CD pipeline, deployment automation, blue-green deployment and other related practices gives us flexibility to deploy multiple times a day (if required). Keka Engineering Team works on complex technical challenges, learns C adapts and most importantly; we have fun along the way.The Quality Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the quality of software products and services developed by the company. They will work closely with engineering team, product designers, and product managers to identify and resolve quality issues, as well as design and execute testing strategies and plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute manual and automated test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure the highest levels of software quality and reliability.
• Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve defects in a timely manner.
• Conducting manual testing, especially for edge cases or exploratory testing.
• Identifying and reporting defects and tracking them through to resolution.
• Work closely with the product team to understand and verify product requirements and ensure that they are being met.
• Continuously improving the automation framework and ensuring that it is up to date with the latest technologies and best practices.
• Participating in code reviews to ensure that code is testable and that automation is built into the development process
  

Skills

• 5 to 9 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on both manual and automation testing.
• Strong understanding of programming concepts and be proficient in programming language such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Proficient in using test automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, Cypress, or TestNG.
• Ability to design and execute test cases, understand the requirements and acceptance criteria, and generate test data as needed.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment.
• Knowledge of DevOps pipelines, CI/CD tools like GITLab, Azure Devops.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or any related field.
