Role Overview We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer with a solid understanding of Web applications, who can effectively troubleshoot and resolve product issues reported by customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing L2/L3 support for our manufacturing domain solutions. Key Responsibilities Provide technical support to clients for web and handheld-based applications. Handle incident tickets , analyze logs, replicate issues, and offer timely resolutions. Perform root cause analysis and suggest preventive measures to reduce recurring issues. Work closely with development, QA, and deployment teams to ensure bug fixes are implemented effectively. Support data extraction, debugging, and database-level fixes using SQL queries. Troubleshoot web-based front-end issues involving JavaScript, jQuery, and browser compatibility. Support WCF service issues , integration errors with SAP, or other third-party systems. Participate in product upgrade support , patch deployments, and post-release validations. Document support procedures , known issues, and troubleshooting guides. Communicate professionally and clearly with customers and internal teams. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT / Electronics or related field. 2+ years of experience in technical support or application maintenance for enterprise-level web applications. Strong hands-on knowledge of: SQL Server : Writing queries, stored procedures, debugging Debugging tools : Fiddler, browser dev tools, Postman, etc. Exposure to SAP (integration perspective) is a plus.
