Software Development Engineer II

We are an early stage deep-tech startup leading the next leap in Ophthalmic Medical Data Processing. As an SDE 2, you will take ownership of building robust, scalable, and user-friendly applications that integrate seamlessly with medical workflows. You will work across the entire software stack, mentor junior developers, and contribute to architectural decisions. This role offers the opportunity to grow into technical leadership while working on advanced medical software and equipment that enhances efficiency, accuracy, and patient care.

Required Skills

(1) Strong communication skills

(2) Proficiency in Next.js and modern React development

(3) Strong experience with Django REST Framework (DRF) including advanced features

(4) Solid understanding of Django Channels for real-time applications

(5) Strong PostgreSQL knowledge and database design skills

(6) Experience with JavaScript and TypeScript
