Bangalore,Karnataka,India Job ID 768855 Join our Team About this opportunity: Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions (formerly Cradlepoint) is building the future of enterprise connectivity through our flagship NetCloud Manager (NCM), a cloud-based network management solution trusted by global organizations to manage secure, wireless edge networks at scale. We are looking for a Software Development Engineer II to join the commerce engineering team responsible for order processing, entitlement, renewals, and customer lifecycle flows. You will help us design and scale microservices that support high-volume, business-critical operations integrated with systems like Salesforce, Dynamics, and other internal platforms. What will you do? Build and maintain robust backend microservices using Java, Spring Boot, Amazon MQ(or equivalent), and deploy them on AWS using Docker and Kubernetes. Own key features related to commerce workflows such as order processing, subscriptions, and entitlement flows Write clean, maintainable REST APIs and comprehensive automation and unit tests Use modern CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins for automated builds, testing, and deployments Integrate with enterprise systems such as Salesforce (SFDC), Microsoft Dynamics, Sana Commerce, and internal platforms Utilize observability tools like DataDog, PagerDuty, Pendo, and statuspage. io to improve system reliability and user insight The skills you bring : Strong proficiency in Java (Spring Boot) or Python, and experience with Kafka or Amazon MQ. Good knowledge of relational databases (e.g., AWS RDS) and NoSQL (e.g., DynamoDB), and caching technologies like Redis. Solid understanding of cloud-native development, RESTful APIs, and CI/CD pipelines Hands-on experience with AWS services, Docker, and Kubernetes. Strong debugging, design, and communication skills in collaborative agile teams. Preferred: Familiarity with enterprise platforms like Salesforce, Dynamics, or Snowflake Working knowledge of frontend tech (e.g., Ember.js, React) is a great plus Exposure to AI/ML technologies or a strong interest in applying AI in development. 3–6 years of professional software developmen t experience in backend or distributed systems.
