Description & Requirements

Job Summary :

The requested role is critical to maintaining continuity and technical stability in our CRM product suite.
The existing resource being replaced has been responsible for .NET development and maintenance of core backend modules that directly support key product functionalities.
This role also involves expertise in database and data warehouse design, schema or data modeling (like ERWIN), and ETL job management, which are essential for ensuring data integrity and performance across client implementations.
Replacing this position will ensure uninterrupted product support, ongoing enhancements, and sustained delivery of customer commitments in alignment with our overall business plan.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for end-to-end design, development, and maintenance of backend and frontend components within the CRM product suite.
Strong proficiency in .NET and experience with modern UI frameworks such as Angular or React.
Skilled in RESTful API development and integration to ensure seamless communication between modules and services.
Expertise in database schema design, data modeling, and schema development, with hands-on experience using tools like ERWIN.
Expertise in SQL Server and Oracle in the areas of SQL, PL-SQL, T-SQL.
Experience working with data warehouse systems and managing ETL / extraction jobs to support backend data operations.
Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies and active participation in ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and maintainable CRM product solutions.
Ensures backend systems and data processes align with product roadmap and overall business objectives.
