IBM Cloud Pak for Data is a cloud-native solution that enables enterprises to put their data to work quickly and efficiently.It helps enterprises to generate meaningful insights out of their data that can help them to avoid problems and reach goals.Data is useless if you can't trust it or access it. Cloud Pak for Data lets to do both by enabling users to connect to their data, govern it, find it, and use it for analysis. Cloud Pak for Data also enables all data users to collaborate from a single, unified interface that supports many services that are designed to work together.Cloud Pak for Data fosters productivity by enabling users to find existing data or to request access to data. Your Role And Responsibilities

In this position you will be working on the Cloud Pak for Data core platform development team in both front end and backend development and implement software features. You will collaborate with various extended teams like the Design team, Content team, and product management to design, implement, and test the best solution possible for the platform as a whole. You will also write automated test cases using tools like Go, Jenkins, and scripts

Preferred Education

Master's Degree

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

4+ years of professional experience in software development using functional and/or object-oriented programming
Experience using Container management technology such as Kubernetes and Docker
Experience using SQL
Demonstrated written and verbal communication with the ability to present complex ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong analytics and problem-solving skills
Experience working with servers, applications and databases

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

Familiarity with git, and various development tools: IDEs, and others on Mac, Linux or Windows platforms
B.S. / M.S. degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline
