Software Developer

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Software Developer. The Software Developer will be responsible for modifying and developing software to fix issues, improve performance, and upgrade interfaces. The role involves leading system testing, validating procedures, and collaborating with project managers to understand system capabilities. Daily tasks include analyzing requirements, designing software using scientific and mathematical models, and preparing technical documentation to support development and implementation processes.

Roles & Responsibilities

· Modify and maintain software applications to fix bugs, enhance performance, or support hardware/interface upgrades.

· Lead system testing and validation processes to ensure software meets business and technical requirements.

· Develop, document, and maintain robust software code in collaboration with programming teams.

· Analyze technical requirements and recommend system installations or improvements to existing platforms.

· Design and build scalable software systems using scientific analysis and mathematical modeling techniques.

· Prepare detailed project documentation including technical specifications, progress reports, and timelines.

· Collaborate with project managers to understand software limitations, capabilities, and delivery expectations.

Qualifications

· B.Tech / M.Sc. (IT) or equivalent in a relevant discipline.

Technical Skills

· Proficiency in ASP.NET, MVC, C#, SQL Server, jQuery, and AngularJS.

· Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and system design principles.

Soft Skills

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.

· Effective communication and time management abilities.

Compensation & Employment Terms

• CTC: 3 – 4.2 LPA
• Probation Period: 6 months
• Increments: Annual performance-based increment applicable after completing 1 full year with the company

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,601.50 - ₹40,000.00 per month
