Skills Required

• Programming Languages: Python (Django).

• Version Control: Git or any similar versioning tool.
• Databases: MySQL (mandatory), Postgresql (mandatory), Timescale, milvus or similar databases.
• Familiarity with designing and maintaining highly scalable RESTful APIs.
• Database Algorithms: Strong knowledge of algorithms and problem-solving.
• LangChain, LlamaIndex, Weaviate, Pinecone, FAISS
• Hugging Face Hub, OpenAI API, Anthropic API

• Exposure to GEN AI will be an added advantage

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage and train Junior Developers, create highly scalable architecture.
• Design, test, and iterate high-performing prompts for various use cases (e.g., chatbots, content generation, summarization, data extraction).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and optimize REST APIs for product development.
• Work with databases such as MySQL, vectorDB, and Postgres, ensuring high performance and scalability.
• An in-depth understanding and hands-on proficiency in Docker are essential.
• Implement version control practices using Git or other versioning tools.
• Analyze and optimize algorithms for efficient solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems to meet evolving business requirements.
• Stay up to date with the latest in GenAI research and tools.
• Propose and prototype innovative applications of LLMs to improve business efficiency, customer engagement, or internal automation.
