Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven and highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will focus on driving B2B SaaS sales across the private sector in Bangalore/Mumbai. You will play a key part in expanding our client base and promoting JARVIS, our AI-based video analytics platform, to enterprise customers.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new B2B clients in the private sector (retail, manufacturing, infrastructure etc. ( If you have already worked on the Retail sector, it will be an added advantage)
  • Execute sales cycles including client meetings, product demos, proposal development, and deal closure.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to drive customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to tailor solutions based on client needs.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports using CRM tools.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and AI technology developments.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in

    B2B SaaS sales

    , preferably in AI, security, or technology-driven domains.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles, particularly in the private sector.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting.
  • Willingness to travel locally as per business needs.
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
