You'll drive end-to-end development from design to delivery, make strategic technology decisions, and mentor junior engineering talent. Working within our entrepreneurial team, you'll drive development of high-performance systems, implementing industry-leading design patterns and coding practices.Your role combines technical leadership with hands-on development. You'll mentor junior engineers while partnering with stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions. Strong communication skills are essential as you'll lead technical discussions and influence architectural decisions.You'll contribute to innovation through emerging technologies and business challenges. You'll own software engineering practices throughout the development lifecycle - from coding standards and reviews to build processes and operations, while helping establish engineering excellence.

Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- 3+ years of Video Games Industry (supporting title Development, Release, or Live Ops) experience
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
