Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesTraining Delivery Conduct interactive and engaging training sessions on topics such as communication skills, teamwork, leadership, time management, presentation skills, customer service, workplace etiquette, and emotional intelligence. Adapt training style and content to suit the participants’ educational backgrounds, skill levels, and learning preferences. Training Content Development Design, update, and customize training modules, activities, and materials based on organizational needs and industry best practices. Incorporate real-life scenarios, role plays, and case studies to make learning practical and relevant. Assessment & Feedback Assess participants’ progress through quizzes, activities, and observation. Provide constructive feedback and one-on-one coaching when needed. Program Coordination Collaborate with other trainers, coordinators, and program managers to ensure smooth scheduling and delivery of sessions. Maintain training attendance, feedback forms, and performance reports. Continuous Improvement Stay updated with emerging workplace trends and soft skill requirements across industries. Suggest new training tools, methodologies, and technologies to enhance learning outcomes.
