Job Description:-

● Candidates must have the ability to take both theory and practical sessions.

● Should have excellent knowledge of Soft Skills and Behavioral Training.

● Should be able to teach Communication Skills, Leadership, Time Management, Teamwork,

Interpersonal Skills, Business Etiquette, Emotional Intelligence, etc.

● Able to resolve students' queries, dynamic personality.

● We expect good communication and presentation skills.

● Able to explain abstract concepts in a clear and engaging way.

● Should be flexible to conduct Weekend Batches as well as Weekday Batches.

Responsibilities and Duties:-

● Devise soft skills training programs according to organizational requirements.

● Produce training schedules and classroom agenda & execute training sessions.

● Determine course content according to objectives.

● Prepare training material (presentations, role plays, activities, handouts etc.)

● Keep and report data on completed courses, attendance, feedback etc.

● Observe and evaluate results of training programs.

● Determine overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements.
