Soft Skills Trainer

Job Title: English Language Personality Development Trainer ( Soft Skills )

Location: Chandigarh University, Mohali – Kharar

Job Type: On-site | Full-time

Working days: Monday to Saturday

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver high-quality training sessions on English Grammar, Verbal Ability, Spoken English, Phonetics, Personal Interviews, Resume Drafting, and Essay Writing.
2. Design engaging classroom activities to enhance communication skills, fluency, and sentence structure.
3. Curate worksheets, mock tests, handbooks, and assessments to support learning.
4. Develop detailed Resume Audits, Mock GD/PI Feedback, and Essay Writing reports.
5. Prepare and deliver training content using the University LMS and other platforms.
6. Ensure seamless integration of training modules with program outcomes.
7. Conduct Trainer Training (TTT) sessions and readiness demos for trainers.
8. Develop and enhance course files, maintaining alignment with departmental standards.
9. Monitor and report training impact through well-designed assessment tools.
10. Collaborate with Quality Managers for audits and continuous improvement.

Technical Skills Required:

1. Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS).
2. Advanced knowledge of MS-Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams).
3. Competence in Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Forms, and Google Drive.
4. Familiarity with Projector & Stylus connectivity for online training.
5. Professional Email Etiquette and communication skills.

Mandatory Requirements:

1. Laptop: Minimum i5 processor, 8GB RAM, Windows 11.
2. Portable Bluetooth Speaker.
3. Stylus/Digital Pen with Notepad.
4. HDMI to VGA Adapter
5. VGA to VGA Cable.
