The role is ideal for experienced retail professionals passionate about training and empowering youth for industry-ready employment. Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging classroom and practical training sessions in Retail Sales (as per NSQF/SSC curriculum or similar). Facilitate hands-on learning through role-plays, field visits, and simulations. Track and assess student progress and provide regular feedback. Maintain training documentation and reports. Support placement-related activities and career counseling. Eligibility Criteria: Graduate in any discipline (preferred in Retail, Marketing, or Business).
