Soft Skills Trainer

As a Soft Skills Trainer at International Institute of Hotel Management (IIHM) in Goa, your role involves conducting training sessions on various soft skills including communication, teamwork, problem-solving, leadership, customer service, time management, and workplace etiquette. You will be responsible for creating engaging training modules, presentations, and activities, assessing trainee performance, providing individual feedback and support, maintaining training records, and planning training programs according to requirements. It is important to ensure that all sessions are interactive, effective, and meet learning objectives while continuously updating training content based on industry trends. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct training sessions on communication skills, teamwork, problem-solving, leadership, customer service, time management, and workplace etiquette. - Create engaging training modules, presentations, and activities. - Assess trainee performance through assignments, role-plays, and evaluations. - Provide individual feedback and support to help trainees improve. - Maintain training records, attendance, and performance reports. - Plan and schedule training programs as per the requirements. - Ensure all sessions are interactive, effective, and meet learning objectives. - Continuously update training content based on industry trends. Qualifications Required: - Graduate in any field (English Honours preferred). - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Good command over English and basic computer skills (MS Office, PPT). - Ability to handle groups and keep them engaged. - Patience, confidence, and positive attitude. - Training certification is an advantage. - Prior experience in training is preferred but not mandatory.
