Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Soft Skills Trainer for a full-time on-site role based in Visakhapatnam. The trainer will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging sessions on effective communication, life skills, and professional development. Responsibilities include conducting customised training modules, assessing students' progress, and providing constructive feedback to enhance their skills. The trainer will also collaborate with the team to continuously improve the training process and content to meet students' career readiness needs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Soft Skills and Life Skills to guide individuals on professional etiquette and personal development.
• Strong expertise in Training & Development and delivering impactful sessions.
• Excellent Presentation Skills and proven ability to communicate ideas effectively.
• Exceptional Communication Skills to engage learners and ensure effective knowledge sharing.
• Previous experience in educational programs or the training industry is a plus.
• Master's degree in a relevant field, with certifications in training or soft skills development preferred.
• Aptitude for mentoring and an enthusiasm for working with learners.
• Immediate joiners who can reliably commute or relocate to Visakhapatnam only can apply
