Position: Soft Skills Trainer

Institution: International Institute of Hotel Management (IIHM), Goa

Experience: 2 to 3 years of training or teaching experience preferred.

• Graduate in any field (English Honours preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions on communication skills, teamwork, problem-solving, leadership, customer service, time management, and workplace etiquette.
• Create training modules, presentations, and activities that are engaging and easy to understand.
• Assess trainees’ performance through assignments, role-plays, and evaluations.
• Give individual feedback and support to help trainees improve.
• Maintain training records, attendance, and performance reports.
• Plan and schedule training programs as per the requirements.
• Ensure all sessions are interactive, effective, and meet learning objectives.
• Continuously update training content based on industry trends.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Good command over English and basic computer skills (MS Office, PPT).
• Ability to handle groups and keep them engaged.
• Patience, confidence, and positive attitude.
• Graduation in any field (Training certification is an advantage).
• Prior experience in training is preferred but not mandatory
