Soft Skill Trainer

Position Overview:

A Soft Skill Trainer is responsible for enhancing the interpersonal, communication, leadership, and professional skills of employees, students, or trainees. The role focuses on developing essential workplace competencies such as teamwork, problem-solving, emotional intelligence, customer handling, and overall personality development.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design, develop, and deliver interactive training modules on soft skills, including communication, presentation, leadership, time management, and conflict resolution.

* Conduct needs analysis to identify skill gaps and customize training programs accordingly.

* Use role-plays, group activities, and case studies to ensure effective learning.

* Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance improvement.

* Provide coaching, mentoring, and one-on-one sessions to trainees where needed.

* Keep updated with modern training techniques and industry trends.

* Prepare training materials, manuals, and reports for management.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Strong presentation and public speaking abilities.

* Empathy, patience, and ability to connect with diverse learners.

* Proficiency in facilitation, coaching, and mentoring techniques.

* Knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies.

* Creativity in designing engaging training content.

**Educational & Professional Requirements:**

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Psychology, HR, Education, or related field.

* Certification in training & development, NLP, or behavioral skills (preferred).

* 2–5 years of experience in training, teaching, or corporate L&D roles.

With experience, a Soft Skill Trainer can grow into roles such as Senior Trainer, Training Manager, Learning & Development Specialist, Corporate Coach, or Consultant.

* Corporate organizations, training institutes, educational institutions, or as a freelance consultant.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
