Job Description

We are looking for a Social Media Strategist who is creative, can combine design thinking, creative storytelling, and data-driven strategies to craft engaging, scroll-stopping content, spark meaningful conversations, and build strong online communities.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute result-oriented social media strategies across multiple niches.

  • Take the initiative to understand the brand and its requirements, and develop strategies focused on delivering measurable results for clients.
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Develop and execute result-oriented social media strategies across multiple niches.
  • Conduct content and audience research to identify trending topics and relevant formats.
  • Lead the social media team, ensuring seamless collaboration, creative brainstorming, and effective execution of strategies to achieve brand objectives.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Social Media Strategist or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute flawlessly.
  • Experience in using social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or similar.

Preferred Skills:

  • Ability to generate fresh content ideas and engagement strategies.
  • Proficient in developing content calendars, captions, and post formats aligned with brand tone and objectives.
  • End-to-end management of organic and paid social campaigns, including audience targeting and A/B testing.
  • Ability to create goal-driven strategies tailored for each platform (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, etc.
