Role: Social Media Strategist As ATFs Social Media Strategist, youll be the brain behind how our clients show up online. From content calendars that actually make sense to strategies that move the needle, youll be steering brands in the right direction, with creativity, clarity, and a little bit of wit. This isnt a posting-and-praying role. Youll be thinking big-picture, working with design, copy, and performance teams to make sure content isnt just pretty, it performs. What youll do Build and execute social media strategies tailored for different platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, etc.) and brand goals. Create monthly and campaign-specific content calendars with design + copy teams. Track, analyse, and optimise performance across platforms and translate data into insights clients actually understand. Stay plugged into trends, formats, and algorithms, knowing when to ride them, and when to ignore the hype. Own posting schedules, ensuring consistency, timeliness, and on-brand storytelling. Be the bridge between clients and internal teams, keeping communication clear, expectations aligned, and delivery sharp. What were looking for 13 years of experience in social media strategy, content, or digital marketing. A solid understanding of how platforms (especially Instagram + LinkedIn) work, formats, audiences, and what drives engagement. Strong coordination skills, you can juggle teams, timelines, and client inputs without losing your cool. A creative, curious mindset, with an eye for brand voice, design aesthetics, and storytelling. Comfort with analytics tools (native or third-party) to track performance and build reports. Bonus: experience in B2B or D2C brands.
