Role Overview We’re looking for a passionate and creative Social Media Manager (Female Only) to join our team. If you live and breathe content, love trends, and understand what makes a brand go viral online, we want to meet you! This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of hands-on experience managing social media accounts for D2C or lifestyle brands. Key Responsibilities Develop, plan, and execute content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Create and manage engaging posts, stories, reels, and product videos aligned with each brand’s voice. Monitor daily performance and analyse insights to optimize strategy. Stay up-to-date with current trends, memes, and platform updates. Coordinate with designers, video editors, and other team members to execute content ideas. Manage community engagement (responding to comments, DMs, and brand interactions). Collaborate on brand campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions. Support basic influencer collaborations and UGC sourcing when needed. What We're Looking For 1–2 years of experience in a social media or content creation role (agency or brand side). Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and short-form video content. Ability to write compelling captions and think creatively. Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or similar tools is a plus.
