We are looking for a Social Media Manager who can plan, manage, and grow our social media

presence across platforms. This role focuses on strategy, planning, posting, engagement, and

analytics, while working closely with a graphic/video content creator.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

• Create monthly and weekly social media content calendars

• Plan campaigns, announcements, launches, and promotions

• Research industry trends, competitors, and content ideas

• Define content themes and posting schedules

Publishing & Management

Metricool

• Ensure timely and consistent posting across platforms

• Coordinate with the design/video team for content delivery

Community Engagement

• Respond to comments, DMs, and mentions

• Engage with relevant communities and profiles

• Build and maintain a positive brand voice

Analytics & Reporting

• Track reach, engagement, and follower growth

• Prepare basic weekly/monthly performance reports

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X,

Facebook, etc.)

• Experience with social media scheduling tools (Metricool preferred)

• Basic design sense and understanding of content formats

• Good written communication and caption-writing skills

• Ability to plan, organize, and execute consistently

Added Advantages

• Experience handling multiple social media accounts

• Knowledge of branding and digital marketing fundamentals

• Familiarity with Canva and content workflows
