🚀 We’re Hiring: Social Media Manager(1-4 Years)

📍 HRL Infotechs

We’re looking for a skilled and creative Social Media Manager who can own end-to-end social media strategy, content planning, and performance optimization for multiple brands. If you’re strategic, data-driven, and love building strong online communities, we’d love to hear from you.

🔹 What You’ll Do

Social Media Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement platform-specific strategies across Instagram, X (Twitter), Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and more.
  • Plan and manage content calendars and rollout plans for multiple client portfolios.
  • Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activity.
  • Create customized social media solutions for brands across eCommerce, services, startups, and diverse industries.

Content & Creative Management

  • Write engaging content for social media posts, blogs, landing pages, and campaign assets.
  • Ensure content is optimized for engagement, SEO, and conversions.
  • Collaborate with design teams to create on-brand visuals and creatives.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all platforms.
  • Ideate, script, and plan reels and short-form video content.
  • Oversee in-house execution of reels and social videos aligned with strategy and client goals.

Client Communication & Reporting

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and lead requirement-gathering calls.
  • Track performance using analytics tools and share actionable insights through reports.
  • Understand client goals and recommend strategies to strengthen brand presence and engagement.

Tools, Analytics & Tech

  • Use social media management and analytics tools to track engagement, reach, and conversions.
  • Support integrated marketing through CRM and email marketing workflows.
  • Work with project management tools like Monday.com, Notion, Slack, etc.
  • Knowledge of Meta Ads structure is a plus.
  • Experience using AI tools for content ideation, writing, or trend analysis is an added advantage.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
  • Deep understanding of different industries and target audiences.
