We’re building everything from the ground up - from our brand voice and reels to our campaigns, shoots and creator universe. It’s going to be fun. It’s going to be chaotic. You will have good days, bad hair days, and “why isn’t the model responding?” days. But most importantly you’ll get to build something real , from scratch. If you come aboard, your days will be a mix of: thinking of campaign launches for different collections building a visual world men can look at and instantly think “I want that,” crafting everyday reels that make the brand feel alive figuring out launch ideas, IPs, collaborations, and quirky drop strategies, helping shape a brand that wants to be India’s go-to for sharp, layered, European-inspired fits. and owning the growth engine & metrics for the brand across different channels What You’ll Do (Your Daily Creative Chaos) • Own our entire social media strategy — content, trends, campaigns, and the occasional meme. • Turn brand goals into scroll-stopping, share-worthy internet magic. • Create and manage content calendars that are cleaner than your “saved posts” folder. • Guide and mentor junior creators, making sure no idea is too wild (unless it’s too wild). • Work with influencers, creators, designers, and the marketing team to craft seamless campaigns. • Track performance metrics and translate them into smart decisions (and sometimes victory dances). • Spot trends before they trend — the “I saw it first” energy is real. • Keep our brand voice consistent across platforms, from Instagram sass to LinkedIn class. • Experiment, test, break things (strategically), and build what actually works. • A social media wizard with 2-4 years of experience in digital strategy. • Fluent in TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, and whatever new app Gen Z invents next. • Creative enough to pitch big ideas and smart enough to back them with data. • Comfortable leading projects, owning decisions, and guiding a creative team. • Obsessed with trends, culture, storytelling, and human behavior online. • A balance of right-brain creativity and left-brain analytics. • A strategic thinker who knows when to post, what to post, and why it’ll work. Bonus Skills • Experience with D2C or fast-growing brands. • Knack for writing captions that make people stop mid-scroll. • Understanding of performance marketing metrics. • Ability to plan viral moments (or at least pretend we did).
