Social Media Strategist

We are looking for a Social Media/Digital Strategist with 2–8 years of professional experience.

Position Summary:

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Senior Social Media Strategist who will play an important role in developing and managing the social media / digital strategy for our clients. The ideal candidate must have a deep understanding of social media trends, analytics, and best practices, as well as a passion for brand storytelling and digital marketing. The candidate will be responsible for aligning the brand's social media / digital presence with its overall business goals. 

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies, lead the creation and curation of high-quality content (text, images, and videos) for various social media platforms, ensuring consistency with brand voice and messaging. Monitor and analyse social media metrics to measure performance and identify opportunities for optimisation. Being up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices. Collaborate with other marketing team members to ensure integrated campaigns and messaging. Manage social media budgets and track ROI. Oversee the work of junior social media team members.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Minimum of 2-8 years of experience in social media marketing or a similar role.

Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).

Excellent writing and communication skills.

Creative and innovative mindset.

Analytical skills to measure and analyse campaign performance.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with social media management tools 

Knowledge of graphic design or video editing software.

Experience in paid social media advertising.
