Description
Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals. Manage and grow company’s presence across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Google, and other relevant platforms. Plan and schedule regular posts, stories, and reels across platforms. Create engaging and on-brand content including images, videos, graphics, and captions. Collaborate with the design and marketing teams for campaign execution. Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and best practices. Respond to customer comments, queries, and DMs in a timely and professional manner. Run paid campaigns and track their performance and ROI. Generate weekly and monthly performance reports (reach, engagement, followers, conversions, etc.). Organize influencer collaborations, contests, giveaways, and promotional events. Coordinate with salon staff to gather content and client testimonials. Ensure brand consistency in tone, style, and visual identity. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Media, Communications, or a related field. Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role. Strong understanding of beauty and salon industry trends. Excellent knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Google My Business, etc. Creative content creation and copywriting skills. Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools is a plus. Knowledge of social media advertising and analytics tools (Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics). Strong communication and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
