Job Description We are hiring a creative and execution-focused Social Media Marketing Executive to lead our organic growth and storytelling across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube shorts. The ideal candidate will ideate and execute campaigns. Key Responsibilities Plan and run organic social campaigns tailored for each platforms user behavior Use different AI tools to draft ideas, brainstorm themes, and accelerate content creation Develop and manage content calendars, caption frameworks, visual briefs, and hashtags Create compelling, short-form copy for holiday packages, experiences, and destinations Produce engaging digital assets (reels, carousels, infographics) Monitor post performance and adapt based on insights from Meta Suite etc. Skills Required Strong command of Instagram, Facebook and YouTube Shorts from a brand perspective Proven skills in storytelling, content ideation, and writing engaging captions Experience using AI tools for social post generation, trend analysis, and creative brainstorming Content creation and editing using Canva/Photoshop/Capcut etc. Familiarity with social analytics and trend listening tools Experience working in F&B, hospitality, lifestyle, or influencer-driven sectors Light skills in image editing, video slicing, meme-making, or short-form content tools
