Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and experienced Unisex Hairstylist to join our team at the Electronic City, Bangalore branch. The ideal candidate should be proficient in hair cutting, styling, coloring, and other hair treatments for both men and women. The hairstylist should have excellent customer service skills and stay updated with the latest hair trends and techniques. Key Responsibilities: Provide haircuts, styling, coloring, and hair treatments for both male and female clients. Offer expert consultations to clients based on their hair type, face shape, and preferences. Perform hair spa, keratin, smoothening, rebonding, and other advanced hair treatments. Ensure proper sanitization and maintenance of tools and workstations. Stay updated with the latest hairstyling trends, products, and techniques. Promote salon services and products to enhance customer experience. Maintain client records and suggest follow-up appointments. Adhere to salon hygiene and safety standards. Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a professional and friendly salon environment. Requirements: Minimum 2-5 years of experience as a Unisex Hairstylist. Strong knowledge of haircutting, coloring, styling, and treatments. Familiarity with professional salon brands and products. Good communication and customer service skills. Ability to handle different hair textures and styles. A professional appearance and a passion for hairstyling. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in Hairdressing or Cosmetology is a plus.
