About the Role Were looking for a Social Media & Influencer Marketing Executive who can turn ideas into engaging posts and partnerships. If youre a creative powerhouse who lives on Instagram and knows how to collaborate with influencers and UGC creators, this ones for you. _______________________________________________________ Key Responsibilities Social Media Management: Plan, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Manage engagement and DMs. Influencer Marketing: Identify and onboard influencers, manage briefs and deliverables, and track campaign performance. UGC Strategy: Source, repurpose, and integrate user-generated content into brand campaigns. Content Planning: Support in planning monthly calendars, brainstorming content themes, trends, and captions. Client Communication & Management: Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their content vision, get approvals, and share performance insights. Cross-Team Coordination: Collaborate with the design, performance marketing, and content teams to align on brand communication across social media, email, website, and campaigns. Tools Youll Use Meta Business Suite Google Sheets, Docs, Slides ChatGPT, Asana (for planning) Must-Haves 2–4 years in social media/digital content Strong eye for design, aesthetics, and trends Excellent communication skills Experience working with influencers and/or creators Bonus: Exposure to ad platforms or CRM tools
