Social Media Specialist (4-5 Years)

We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Specialist to join our team. As a Social Media Specialist, the candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy for our US based clients in order to improve their online presence and lead their marketing and sales efforts.

Roles and responsibilities:

* Create and implement visually compelling and engaging posts tailored to each client

* Manage and oversee social media content across channels for each client

* Monitor, measure and modify the success of every social media campaign

* Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies worldwide

* Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network for each client

* Interact with audiences to maintain engagement and address concerns. * Deliver detailed reporting and measurement on a monthly basis.

* Working knowledge of using Facebook Business Manager.

* Candidate must know basic Photoshop skills, like working with layers and cropping. It is important that candidate use both Canva and Photoshop.

Requirements:* At least 4 years of experience as a content creator, social media editor or similar role

* Some experience using InDesign, Photoshop or any other graphic design/ image editing software

* Familiarity with schedule tools such as Sprout Social, HubSpot, Hootsuite, etc.

* Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices

* Good understanding of social media KPIs

* Excellent multitasking skills

* Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

* Good time-management skills

* Great interpersonal and communication skills

* Should have knowledge of Canva and Online Editing Tools

* Should Know about Image Copyrights

* Strong organizational and project management skills

* Excellent writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills

* Deliver detailed reporting and measurement on a monthly basis.
