Job Overview: We are seeking a talented and creative Senior Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio in website and mobile app design. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually engaging digital experiences that enhance user interaction and promote our brand. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other creative team members to translate ideas and requirements into innovative design solutions. Key Responsibilities: Design Development: Create intuitive and attractive user interfaces for websites and mobile applications. A meticulous approach ensures that every design element - from typography to color palettes - is consistent and polished, ultimately contributing to a seamless user experience. Develop responsive designs that offer a seamless experience across devices. Conceptualization & Innovation: Translate project briefs into creative visual concepts and prototypes. Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure modern, user-centric design solutions. Collaboration: Work closely with UI/UX designers, developers, and product teams to ensure designs align with technical and business requirements. Communicate design ideas clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to the company’s brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across platforms. Contribute to the evolution of the brand identity through creative design solutions. Understanding and anticipating the needs and emotions of users helps in crafting designs that are not only visually appealing but also resonate on a deeper level. Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Maintain an organized library of design assets and documentation for future reference. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, or a related field. Minimum of 7+ years of professional experience in graphic design, specifically in website and mobile app design. Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch or Figma. Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in digital design, including responsive layouts, iconography, and user interface design. Key Skills and Attributes: Creativity & Innovation: Ability to develop original ideas and visually compelling designs. Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of design principles and expertise in modern design tools. Attention to Detail: Meticulous focus on delivering pixel-perfect design elements and consistency across projects.
