Social Media Specialist

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing intern to manage our online presence across platforms, create engaging content, and run high-performing ad campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in video editing, social media management, and digital advertising (Google, Facebook, Instagram).

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).

Plan and schedule posts using social media tools.

Conceptualize, shoot, and edit engaging short-form and long-form videos for social media and ad campaigns.

Design visually appealing posts, stories, and reels.

Ensure content aligns with brand voice and marketing objectives.

Advertising & Campaign Management:

Create, manage, and optimize Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.

Monitor analytics, track performance, and prepare reports on ad ROI.

Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness.

Analytics & Reporting:

Analyze social media performance using insights and metrics.

Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with recommendations for improvement.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 4 per week
