Social Media Specialist

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Specialist who can bring ideas to life through content and strategy. You’ll be the one shaping scripts, copy, and plans for videos, posts, and campaigns across platforms. The role requires someone who can think both creatively and strategically to grow and manage our brand presence online.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Writing & Scripting
• Write engaging scripts for short-form and long-form videos
• Create compelling copy for posts, ads, and campaigns that resonate with the target audience
• Plan website content in line with brand voice and marketing goals
• Social Media Strategy & Planning
• Build monthly social media calendars with a balance of brand, engagement, and sales-focused content
• Develop content ideas that align with campaigns, trends, and audience interests
• Plan and ideate UGC video concepts that can drive authenticity and engagement
• Account Management
• Handle daily posting, monitoring, and engagement across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Maintain brand consistency in tone, design, and messaging
• Track analytics and prepare reports to measure content performance and audience growth
• Creative Collaboration
• Coordinate with designers, video editors, and marketing team for smooth execution of campaigns
• Stay updated with social media trends, formats, and competitor strategies

Skills & Requirements:

• At least 6 months of experience in social media/content role
• Strong copywriting and content ideation skills
• Basic knowledge of social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.)
• Understanding of different content formats (Reels, Stories, Posts, Blogs, Website Content)
• Creativity with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Good communication and organizational skills

Bonus If You Have:

• Experience in UGC content creation or influencer marketing
• Familiarity with SEO writing for web content
• Basic knowledge of running paid social ads

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
