Responsibilities:

• Develop, schedule, and publish content across multiple social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Utilize AI-powered tools for content planning, audience insights, and performance tracking, optimizing each campaign with a blend of data-driven and creative approaches.
• Actively monitor social media channels for industry trends, competitor activity, and audience feedback, staying ahead of digital trends and adapting strategies as needed.
• Engage with followers and respond to queries, building a strong and authentic online community.
• Participate in campaign brainstorming sessions, contributing ideas for multimedia content, including graphics and videos, that resonate with our audience.
• Track social media metrics and effectiveness of campaigns, providing regular insights and analytics reports to guide future strategies.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and a cohesive social media identity.

Requirements:

• Experience managing social media pages or accounts, either for a brand or personally, with a solid understanding of audience engagement.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) and digital monitoring tools; experience with AI tools is a bonus.
• Creative thinker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze and interpret social media metrics, engagement data, and other performance indicators.
• Basic skills in content creation tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
• A strong interest in digital marketing and eagerness to learn new technologies, including AI-driven solutions.
• Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a degree program in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
