Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Specialist based in Nagpur. The Social Media Marketing Specialist will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing social media content across various platforms. Daily tasks include developing social media strategies, monitoring social media channels, engaging with the audience, analyzing social media performance metrics, and collaborating with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader digital marketing strategies.

Qualifications

• Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation skills
• Experience in Digital Marketing and general Marketing
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to analyze social media metrics and data-driven decision making
• Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field is preferred
• Experience in using social media management tools is a plus
