Role Overview

Social Media Marketing Specialist


Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Design

  • Create

    graphics, reels, stories, and carousels

    using Canva (and other design tools).
  • Collaborate with photographers/videographers to develop

    content briefs

    and oversee shoots.
  • Ensure all content reflects

    brand guidelines, tone, and storytelling style

    .


Social Media Management

  • Manage and grow presence across

    Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms

    .
  • Plan and execute

    monthly content calendars

    for each brand.
  • Write

    captions, hashtags, and copy

    that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Monitor and respond to

    comments, DMs, and customer interactions

    .


Advertising & Growth

  • Plan, set up, and optimize

    paid ad campaigns

    (Meta Ads, Google Ads if needed).
  • Manage

    Zomato/Swiggy marketing campaigns

    , boosting brand visibility and orders.
  • Track and analyze KPIs (reach, engagement, leads, conversions, follower growth)


Campaign Execution

  • Conceptualize and execute

    seasonal campaigns, product launches, and collaborations

    .
  • Drive

    tie-ups and influencer marketing campaigns

    .
  • Work closely with the sales/marketing team to ensure

    alignment with promotions and offers

    .


Brand & Reputation

  • Maintain

    consistent brand identity

    across all social platforms.
  • Monitor and manage

    online reputation

    by engaging with customer reviews and feedback.
  • Support

    in-store and offline campaigns

    by creating digital assets and amplifying them online.


Skills & Requirements

  • 2–4 years of social media marketing experience

    (preferably in F&B, lifestyle, or hospitality).
  • Strong

    Canva skills

    (mandatory); proficiency with Photoshop/Illustrator a plus.
  • Proven track record of

    social media growth, engagement, and ad management

    .
  • Excellent

    copywriting and storytelling

    skills tailored to digital platforms.
  • Knowledge of

    paid advertising, targeting, and analytics dashboards

    .
  • Ability to

    analyze metrics

    and provide actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with aggregator platforms (

    Zomato, Swiggy

    ) and their marketing tools.
  • Strong organizational skills for managing

    multiple brands and calendars

    .


Bonus Skills (Preferred)

  • Photography/videography basics for content capture.
  • Experience with influencer collaborations and UGC campaigns.
  • Knowledge of

    SEO, blogs, or website content management

    .
  • Community-building skills (WhatsApp groups, loyalty campaigns, etc.)
