Interior Designer/Architect

Role Overview: At Breakthrough Design Studio, you will be part of a team that specializes in creating experiential hospitality brands through innovative restaurant design and consultancy. As an Interior Designer / Architect, your role will involve conceptualizing and designing unique restaurant interiors that enhance guest experience and align with brand identity. You will collaborate closely with clients, chefs, and business owners to bring their vision to life while staying ahead of industry trends in hospitality design. Key Responsibilities: - Conceptualize & Design: Develop high-end restaurant interiors that reflect brand identity and enhance guest experience. - Project Development: Create and oversee design plans from concept to execution, ensuring feasibility and quality. - Collaboration: Work closely with clients, chefs, and business owners to integrate their vision with strategic expertise. - Technical Drawings & 3D Renderings: Prepare detailed drawings and layouts for presentation and execution. - Material & FF&E Selection: Source materials, furniture, and finishes that complement the overall aesthetic and functionality. - Site Coordination: Coordinate with contractors and project managers to ensure seamless execution of designs. - Industry Trends: Stay updated on trends in hospitality design to create innovative and timeless restaurant spaces. Qualifications Required: - Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. - 3+ years of experience in restaurant, hospitality, or commercial interior design. - Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite. - Strong design sensibility with a focus on aesthetics and functionality. - Ability to develop branding-focused restaurant concepts. - Excellent communication skills for presenting ideas and collaborating with clients and vendors. - Understanding of restaurant operations and space planning is a plus.
