• Strategy & Planning

  : Create, implement, and manage high-impact organic social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X/Twitter, etc.).

• Content Creation & Curation

  : Work closely with the creative team to produce engaging posts, Reels, stories, and campaigns aligned with brand goals.

• Trend Spotting

  : Stay updated on the latest social media trends, viral formats, cultural moments, and industry news to leverage timely opportunities.

• AI & Tools

  : Use AI-powered tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva, Notion, analytics dashboards) for content generation, optimization, and reporting.

• Performance Tracking

  : Analyze KPIs, audience growth, and engagement rates to continuously improve strategy.

• Community Engagement

  : Respond to comments, DMs, and mentions to build meaningful audience relationships.

• Competitor Research

  : Monitor and analyze competitors’ social media activities for insights and inspiration.

• Campaign Collaboration

  : Work with marketing and business development teams to align organic efforts with larger growth campaigns.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of

  hands-on experience

  in managing and growing organic social media accounts.
• Proven track record of increasing reach, engagement, and followers through organic strategies.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals and content marketing.
• Familiarity with

  AI tools

  and social media management platforms (Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Later, etc.).
• Excellent copywriting skills with an eye for compelling visuals.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and pivot strategies.
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

• Experience with video editing and graphic design.
• Knowledge of SEO for social media.
