Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Work closely with graphic design, motion design, and content teams to strategize and create social media content.
Perform social media analytics and reporting to evaluate campaign performance and engagement trends.
Generate and interpret website analytics reports (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, etc.) to assess audience behavior and optimize performance.
Coordinate events, shoots, and marketing campaigns — from concept to execution.
Collaborate with the HR team to plan and execute talent and employer branding campaigns across social and digital platforms.
Stay updated with the latest social media and AI-driven marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Support webinars, workshops, and community events, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
Organize brainstorming sessions and create storyboards for social and campaign initiatives.
Should know the basics of WhatsApp marketing and its use in community and talent outreach.
