We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Junior Reservations Executive to manage guest bookings and ensure a seamless reservation experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to enhance guest satisfaction. This is an entry-level role requiring 0-3 years of experience, and the executive will be reporting to the Reservations Manager. Key Responsibilities: Handle reservation requests via phone, email, WhatsApp, and online platforms. Confirm and process bookings, ensuring all details are accurate. Provide guests with detailed property information, pricing, and availability. Assist guests in making modifications or cancellations. Process payments and ensure booking confirmations are sent on time. Up-sell additional services, such as F&B packages and special experiences, to maximize revenue. Coordinate with operations and housekeeping teams to ensure smooth guest check-ins and check-outs. Address guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly and professionally. Maintain an updated reservation database and ensure all records are accurate. Collect guest feedback post-stay and escalate any complaints to the appropriate team for resolution. Ensure all guest issues are resolved before the next check-in. Keep track of outstanding payments and ensure timely collection. Report property damages or issues to the operations team for immediate action. Stay updated with industry trends and implement best practices to improve the reservation process. Requirements & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred). 0-3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality or travel industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in reservation management software and CRM tools. Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve guest concerns efficiently. Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to upsell services.
